Is towing included?
No. Our yearly plan does not include towing services. Monarch focuses on fast, essential roadside help.
Does the membership include the cost of a new battery?
No. Jump starts, battery testing and battery installation are included, but if a new battery is needed, the cost of the battery is not covered under the plan.
What is Mechanical First Aid?
Mechanical First Aid means we will attempt a temporary repair to get your vehicle moving again - when safe and within our capabilities. Examples: tightening a loose battery terminal, reconnecting a hose, or minor adjustments. It does not include full mechanical repairs.
Does my membership follow me or my vehicle?
It follows you. Whether you're driving or riding as a passenger, you're covered.
Can I use multiple services in a short period of time?
Yes. You receive 4 total service calls per 12 months, and you may use them whenever you need.
